Q. IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?A. If you cancel the booking, giving us 24-hour notice, there won't be a cancellation fee. However, if you cancel the job within 24 hours, then there is a 30% cancellation fee.

Q. ARE YOU AND YOUR STAFF FULLY INSURED?A. Yes, we are fully insured against accidental damage and injury. This means that if we break anything, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Q. DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING PRODUCT AND TOOLS?A. Yes, we provide our own products and tools. As a responsible cleaning company that is very much aware of the effects of strong chemicals, we choose to use only eco-friendly cleaning products.

Q. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?A. Once you receive your quote from our company, it’s the final price unless there are additional areas that have not been mentioned in the initial contract agreement.

Q. ARE YOUR CLEANERS PROFESSIONALS?A. We select highly experienced cleaners to work for us. We conduct full DBS checks on all staff before they attend any cleaning jobs. All our cleaners receive comprehensive in-house training to ensure they’re able to deliver our exceptionally high standards of cleaning.
